What we do

Four things
we do
exceptionally well.

From permit paperwork to a phone call at 9pm because your alarm just went off — this is the full scope of what we handle. Straight descriptions, no marketing gymnastics.

Septic Maintenance

Quality parts and detailed inspection techniques to lower long-term maintenance costs and help eliminate expensive emergency repairs.

Emergency work costs 3–5× what routine maintenance costs. We inspect thoroughly — pumps, aerators, timers, chlorinator, spray heads, sludge levels — so the small stuff gets caught before it becomes a weekend call-out.

Schedule inspection

Every inspection covers

  • Aerator function & amp draw
  • Pump & float operation
  • Chlorinator supply
  • Effluent quality & sludge depth
  • Spray heads & distribution
  • Control panel & alarm test

Preventive Maintenance

Tips and services to extend the lifespan of system components, including septic pumping with quality vacuum service.

A well-cared-for aerobic system can last decades; a neglected one can burn out a $500 aerator in two seasons. We combine scheduled pumping (with our own vacuum service, not a subcontractor) with plain-English guidance on chlorine, water use, and what NOT to send down the drain.

Online Maintenance Contracts

100% paperless online maintenance contract renewal and management.

Most Texas counties require an active maintenance contract on aerobic systems. Ours lives entirely online — renew, download reports, and track service history from your phone. No mail-in checks, no lost paperwork at renewal time.

  • Automatic renewal reminders — no county compliance surprises
  • Digital service history accessible any time
  • Scheduled inspection visits included
